"This lovely property is built on a hillside adjacent to a quiet valley on the Northeast side of Tortola, overlooking Little Bay and Guana Island. Magic Castle is the perfect retreat for a small family or intimate getaway. A red-pagoda roof provides a classic island feel to the home. Magic Castle is a very private property; the home is accessed by gated entry and set back amongst lush tropical gardens on a 2 1/2 acre estate.
A feeling of airy spaciousness permeates the entire villa as high Vaulted ceilings throughout contribute strongly to this magical setting. The dining and living areas are located alongside the sizable gourmet-equipped kitchen with a functional center island. Just past the living and dining areas is one of the bedrooms (2 twin beds: convert to a king with advance request) with ensuite bath.
The living area has an array of doors that open from the kitchen and living areas to the pool deck, partially shaded by cover. The sparkling pool is lined with plants and overlooks astounding ocean views off into the horizon. A shaded area of the pool deck provides an inviting alfresco dining zone with dramatic sea views as background. Across the deck, on the opposite side of the pool, is the Master Suite Pavilion and most importantly the hot-tub deck with the stars overhead. The Master Suite is a peaceful retreat in the villa and features a private balcony overlooking Little Bay Beach below.
